Terms of Service

Welcome to Parking Chester. Using our parking facilities and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our car park.

Use of Parking Facilities

  • Parking Chester provides 24/7 parking for all users, with designated spaces for disabled visitors.
  • Customer service is available only during business hours for assistance.
  • Lift access is available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, the ramp must be used.
  • Vehicles must be parked within designated bays and not obstruct other spaces or exits.

Payment & Charges

  • Parking fees must be paid using Pay Stations on Levels 1, 2, and 3 or through Hozah® Autopay for automatic billing.
  • We do not accept cash payments. All transactions must be made via card or contactless payment.
  • Parking rates start at £2.80 per hour and £10 for up to 24 hours.
  • Failure to pay the correct fee may result in a penalty charge.

Security & Liability

  • Our car park is monitored 24/7 by CCTV to enhance security.
  • Parking Chester is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while on the premises.
  • Users must lock their vehicles and ensure valuables are not left in plain sight.

Rules & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and efficient parking environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Parking in non-designated spaces or blocking emergency exits.
  • Engaging in reckless driving, speeding, or dangerous behaviour.
  • Abandoning vehicles or using the parking space for any purpose other than parking.
  • Tampering with CCTV cameras or any security equipment.

Penalties & Enforcement

  • Vehicles violating parking rules may be subject to fines, towing, or bans from future use.
  • Parking Chester reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that poses a safety or operational risk.
  • Unpaid parking fees may be pursued through legal action or collection agencies.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • By using our facilities, you agree to collect vehicle registration data for payment and security purposes.
  • We comply with GDPR and do not share personal data with third parties except when legally required.

Changes to Terms

Parking Chester reserves the right to update or modify these terms anytime. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
